Adobe Color CC

Adobe Color CC is an app developed by Adobe that lets you create color palettes directly through the camera of your Android. You simply have to focus on something and the app will automatically create the color palette from whatever is on the screen.

Once you complete this first step, you can manually modify any of the colors on the palette. When finished, you just have to save the result in your device's memory to sync it with your Adobe account, and then you can use it in Photoshop.
